Purple Ground Advisory was founded on a simple belief: meaningful social impact is built through strong governance, thoughtful strategy and strong institutions.
We work with organisations at different stages of their CSR journey—from newly mandated companies establishing compliant CSR foundations to organisations strengthening governance, programme quality, partnerships and long-term community impact. Purple Ground Advisory was founded by Soujanya Veguru after more than 18 years across manufacturing operations and CSR leadership at Cummins India.
Working closely with Boards, leadership teams, implementing partners and communities across India shaped a practical understanding of how governance, strategy and execution come together to create meaningful social impact. That experience now informs Purple Ground's advisory approach—helping organisations build compliant, governance-led CSR systems and stronger institutions that are designed to endure.
The name Purple Ground reflects this philosophy. Purple represents transformation, possibility and change. Ground represents context, credibility, lived realities and the belief that meaningful transformation must always remain grounded in practice.
